VAT
If you are a business customer and you'd like to order VAT exempt, please create an account. Ensure your delivery address is outside of the Netherlands. Supply your company name and your VAT number in the delivery address.
Then proceed with your order. If VAT is not at 0% when ordering, do not complete the order but contact us.
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via POSTNL in the Netherlands or via FedEx or DHL with tracking and drop-off with signature for receipt. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
As we sell to Business-2-Business customers, and some of our products are ordered or customised for you specifically, we cannot accept returns without prior authorisation. If you feel you have reason to return a delivery to us, we would request you to contact us before returning the goods to us.
